Upcoming Appearances

Next month I will be presenting at the Irish Microsoft Technology Conference on "Information Card - Beyond the HTML Page" Information Card promises to provide a secure way for users to provide login and identity information and there are plenty of samples on how to use it for web site logins. But what if you want to go beyond that? What if you want to use it in rich client software? What if you want to be a managed identity provider? This session aims to cover how you can take information cards beyond web sites and onto the desktop...

IMTC: "Hacking websites for fun and profit"

I say "umm" a lot. The sessions at the Irish Microsoft Technology Conference were recorded. You can see mine on askasqlguru.com (stop laughing Tony, I know I'm not a SQL guru, Niall Flanagan is and asked Chuck Boyce to host them). Maybe it's the whole listening to your own voice thing, but I've never seen myself present and I'm cringing. A lot. I can only apologise to those who attended and didn't enjoy it or take anything useful away. Technorati tags: IMTC
