Mr Gates confirmed that the new version of Windows, codenamed Longhorn, would enable computers to process data at 64 bits per second, compared with the current standard of 32 bits per second.
Somehow, even though Microsoft's publicity machine can produce ridiculous statements (and I'm not including Scoble in that <g>), I do doubt the statement's attribution to BillG.
